Returns
and exchanges

Customers have the right to return their purchase within 20 days after the delivery without stating reasons. The customer is obliged to inform about the intention to return the product as soon as possible at info@awareofwear.com. Aware Of Wear may ask the customer for the reason for withdrawal, but not oblige her/him to state her/his reason(s). An item must be returned in perfect condition so clean, unworn, and have all its tags and original packaging. If the garment does not fulfill all the above conditions will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.

If the item is sent back in perfect condition, the refund will be done within 30 days after delivery to Aware Of Wear.

Aware Of Wear is advising to use the return shipment with a tracking number, as Aware Of Wear is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss. Refunds will be effected within 30 days after delivery. Refunds cover only the value of a garment, not shipping costs. Returns are at the customer's expense.

All prices are in Euros including Dutch VAT (21%) and excluding shipping costs. Based on the delivery address, the VAT of the customer's country and shipping costs will be displayed at the check-out procedure.

Aware Of Wear accept payments via iDEAL (in The Netherlands), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. After placing an order, costumers receive an automatically generated confirmation by email.
